The Adjudicator’s Office received 11 638 enquiries in 2014/15 and accepted 1 102 new complaints for investigation. During the year the office resolved 1 850 cases and at the end of March 2015 had 731 awaiting investigation. The final statistic compares favourably with previous years: at 31 March 2014 1 479 complaints were on hand and the year before 2 698.
