HMRC published self assessment online filing update for agents

HMRC have published Self Assessment Online Filing Update for Agents, which contains information and FAQs about claiming reasonable excuse for late filing of paper self assessment tax returns.

They have also produced a flowchart with three annexes to help agents identify whether or not reasonable excuse will apply to individual cases.
