As the festive season approaches here are seven new year resolutions you may want to consider for a fresh start in 2025.

1. Delegate more

I’ll stop trying to do everything myself and will delegate tasks to my team or I will outsource where appropriate. This will free me to focus on higher-value work.

2. Sharpen my business skills

I’ll research ways to learn and deploy new skills that will help future-proof my practice – such as effective and reliable ‘prompt engineering’ for large language model AI services like 3 ChatGPT.

3. Focused marketing effort

I’ll review and refocus my marketing networking and social media activity so that I stop wasting time and energy on random activities and on less than ideal prospects.
