Rental income

I am an expat living in Greece with UK rental income. I have to declare my UK rental both in the UK and Greece. I will declare only the net rental after all costs and allowances have been deducted and show the Greek tax authorities the UK tax paid at 20%.

My Greek accountant wants to see my full tax return and I am reluctant to show it to him as I think they will want to tax me on the gross rental without any of the deductions including personal allowances allowed in the UK.

Is that correct and do the Greek tax authorities have a legal right to see my UK tax return in full?
