The Conservatives did better than many expected in the general election on 12 December 2019, but what can we expect them to do in the world of tax?
In his first speech after his Conservative party won a landslide majority in the December 2019 general election Boris Johnson said: ‘Let's unite this country. Let's spread opportunity to every corner of the UK with superb education superb infrastructure and technology. Let's get Brexit done.’
