Budget responsibility

The Budget Responsibility Act 2024 (Commencement) Regulations SI 2024/1026 bring into force Budget Responsibility Act 2024 s 1 requiring the Treasury to obtain a forecast from the Office for Budget Responsibility ahead of a minister making significant fiscal announcements to the House of Commons.
