Call for evidence on vehicle excise duty

The Treasury is seeking views on how the government can use vehicle excise duty (VED) to encourage the uptake of zero and ultra-low emission cars, and reduce overall emissions from road transport, to help meet climate change targets and improve air quality. It also seeks views on the VED treatment of motorcycles.
