HMRC have updated their guidance “What happens if you don’t report payroll information on time” to include the new address for appeals: National Insurance Contributions and Employers Office, HMRC, BX9 1BX.

The agent toolkits for capital gains tax for trusts and estates, chargeable gains for companies, capital gains tax for shares, capital gains tax for land and buildings, company losses, directors’ loan accounts, property rental, and trusts and estates have been updated for 2014/15.

HMRC have added “annex D: checklist to VAT clearance service” to their website page on non-statutory clearance service guidance.
VAT
Notice 735: VAT Domestic Reverse Charge on Specified Goods and Services has been updated and now covers the reverse charge on gas and electricity. It cancels and replaces the February 2013 version. Details of changes can be found in paragraph 1.2.
