  • Have any of your clients received one of the incorrect interim penalty warning letters sent by HMRC saying they have not submitted their 2013/14 P11D(b)? If they have check that the form has been submitted and if it has tell them the letter is wrong and that no penalty is charged. If the form has not been done submit it as soon as possible.
