Accountant on charges of cheating public revenue

Accountant Christopher Lunn of Crowborough, East Sussex, should appear at Southwark Crown Court on 18 September over alleged tax fraud, Westminster Magistrates Court determined yesterday.

Mr Lunn, who last summer lost his tax agent status with HMRC for a second time, will next month face a preliminary hearing on four charges of cheating Her Majesty and the public revenue of income tax and corporation tax.
