Resolving disputes – reviews and appeals
HMRC Learning Together events enable tax agents and advisers and operational Revenue staff to learn together in an informal environment.
The next event, which will include interactive case studies, will look at resolving disputes – reviews and appeals. It will cover:
- what happens when taxpayers disagree with an HMRC decision that can be appealed against,
- what steps to take, and
- how HMRC deal with such appeals.
The course will be held on 6 March at the Britannia Portland Hotel, Manchester M1 3LA. It is scheduled to start at 10am and finish at approximately 12.30pm.
