Run-up to EU Modernised Customs Code

HMRC are reviewing UK customs law before the EU Modernised Customs Code comes into full effect in 2013 and have drawn up a questionnaire to help in an initial analysis of the potential impact of such changes on business.

Although HMRC specifically want to target small businesses, they are keen to hear from all sized businesses.

Completed forms should be sent by 15 October 2010 to Martin Bull.
