The Association of Revenue and Customs (ARC) forms part of the First Division Association which represents senior tax professionals and managers who work for HMRC.

These are the senior tax inspectors accountants lawyers policy makers and managers who draft tax laws implement government policies and I believe administer the tax system fairly.

Unusually for us we at the ARC have felt it necessary to launch a public campaign for investment in HMRC and not just accept the planned substantial cuts.
