All guidance on new web page

HMRC have added a new web page that brings together all published guidance relating to Fleming claims.

These are claims for under-declared or overpaid VAT, potentially going back to 1973.

They followed the January 2008 House of Lords judgments in CRC v Michael Fleming (trading as Bodycraft) and CRC v Conde Nast Publications [2008] STC 324.
