How do different firms approach CTA training? asks ALLISON PLAGER

We all do things differently. It might be meeting a deadline — do you go up to the wire or do you get the task done early with lots of time to spare?

It might be organising your fridge — do you just pop in food or drink randomly or do you organise it so that perhaps the tins of coke all face forward?

Only look at Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer at the last Wimbledon men's final: Nadal's drink bottles all had to be lined up in a specific way before he walked onto the court. Federer didn't appear to be similarly bothered about his drinks but he has his own idiosyncrasies. Think of his blazer and long trousers.
