New dedicated telephone lines
HMRC have introduced the following new dedicated agents telephone lines:
- for agents with client records dealt with in East Lancashire, Merseyside, West Lancashire and West Cheshire processing offices, covered by the Bootle contact centre, the number is 0845 366 7895.
- for agents with client records dealt with in Berkshire, Cornwall, Devon, Wales and Somerset processing offices, handled by the Cardiff contact centre, the number is 0845 366 7880.
