HMRC have updated their online audio offering for the second time this month, with the introduction of a video podcast (or vodcast).
It covers the main features of the department's PAYE Online system. Viewers are taken through the registration process, and offered an idea of what it is like to file via the web.
It is hoped that it will encourage employers with fewer than 50 employees to file online this year (for which they will receive a £100 tax-free payment).
The new vodcast is a short end-of-year-filing film follows a podcast covering self assessment advice for agents, which was launched last week.
Both are available from the HMRC site, iTunes, and Taxation.co.uk's newly expanded guide to the best tax-related podcasts.
