I contacted the HMRC Central Exceptions Processing Team, on the advice of the PAYE district, to chase up 2006-07 filing incentives owed to a number of my clients.

The P35s I submitted online for my clients where there was nil PAYE liability in the year are all showing as unprocessed on my client list on the website.

According to HMRC this is a known problem but they are unable to confirm when this will be resolved.

I wonder if other readers have had similar problems.
