Did you know that tall people get paid more than short people? It's a well-known fact. I'm six foot three! And I probably shouldn't mention this but sometimes men still get paid more than women.

I tried that approach at my last annual review; what I can't understand is why I'm still on the same pay scale. Probably because my departmental boss was a woman and about five foot four in her heels.

This year I'm trying a new approach so I thought I would glean some professional advice from those in the know.
