What colour are you?

I can sing a rainbow sing a rainbow sing a rainbow too. Well not quite a rainbow just under half to be more specific — it seems that employment trends looking forward to 2020 can be colour coded: blue green and orange.

Tomorrow's workers expect their employers to behave responsibly. They expect to use foreign languages at work and to work across international borders far more than previous generations.

They do not necessarily expect flexible hours and home working least of all in the UK according to new research recently published by PricewaterhouseCoopers.
