As if passing the CTA exams is not enough, some candidates go one step further. ALLISON PLAGER discovers their secrets

So you've climbed every mountain forged every stream followed every rainbow but have you found your dream? Your dream is of course to pass the CTA exams! And if you thought that climbing all those mountains was hard enough wait until you attempt the CTA exams.

These are renowned for the intellectual challenge that they present and the pass rate is an indication of how tough they are to pass. In the May 2007 exams only 32% passed while in November 2006 39% passed. Preparation is key and lots of it.

Certainly this seems to be the message from the candidates who not only passed the exams but did so well that they were awarded prizes. How did they do it? A selection of the prize winners from the November 2006 exams pass on their thoughts.
