TAXATION'S FOURTH BREAKFAST briefing took place on 28 March in central London. Sponsored by Chiltern plc 150 people came for a breakfast and two hours of training completely free.
Short articles from each of the speakers follow. Each speaker covered one aspect of the Budget; as the briefing took place the day before the Finance Bill was published measures in that Bill could not be taken into account.
