TAXATION'S FOURTH BREAKFAST briefing took place on 28 March in central London. Sponsored by Chiltern plc 150 people came for a breakfast and two hours of training completely free.
Short articles from each of the speakers follow. Each speaker covered one aspect of the Budget; as the briefing took place the day before the Finance Bill was published measures in that Bill could not be taken into account.

Most of my talk at Taxation's recent Budget Breakfast Briefing focused on the new penalties regime being introduced in this year's Finance Bill.
