FOR OUR THIRD Breakfast Briefing we were at the Waldorf in London. Apologies to those outside the English capital but as yet it hasn't been possible to get one organised other than here; we're still working on it.
Chiltern plc were again our sponsors and it is thanks to their financing that 150 people were invited for a breakfast and two hours of training completely free.
