Putting together a guide to trusts for the benefit of tax advisers was undoubtedly a phenomenal task and the authors of this book are to be congratulated on their achievement. As soon as one dips into the subject of trusts it becomes apparent how broad the topic is. Most tax advisers will have had some experience with children's trusts and the like but there is much else besides which has to be covered in a guide to the whole subject for example charitable trusts heritage trusts asset protection trusts pension funds.
