Judge rules on IR35
Surely much to the combined relief of the Inland Revenue and Dawn Primarolo Mr Justice Burton rejected the Professional Contractors Group's claims that IR35 was incompatible with the Human Rights Act and European trading laws. A full report will appear in next week's issue of Taxation.
