- Employers will no longer have to complete the end-of-year checklist on their final full payment submission. Although the deadline is not until 19 April it might be worth including this development in a client newsletter.
- In Chadda (TC4154) despite the lack of a signed document confirming a joint tenancy on a property had been severed the tribunal accepted that it had. To avoid such a situation arising make sure you have processes to store important documents so that they can be produced when necessary.
