First impressions of HMRC’s new Nottingham offices

My daily walk often takes me past the site of the new HMRC building in Unity Square Nottingham so I have been able to see the various phases of construction from the demolition of the old unsightly carpark and disused shops on the site through to the laying of the foundations and the final completion of the work earlier this year. Through the kindness of the HMRC press office I was able to visit the new building a couple of weeks ago just before the start of the main phase of moving staff into the office. I thought that readers might like to share my impressions.
