Call in advance to submit large pdfs to the tribunal

The First-tier Tribunal has updated its guidance on delivering pdf bundles for use in hearings in the Tax Chamber.

The guidance advises that a party wishing to send a pdf file that is larger than 36mb should contact the tribunal in advance by email or telephone to request permission to use the HM Courts and Tribunals Service document upload centre. This allows large bundles to be transferred to the tribunal.
