The UK government and Scottish government have jointly commissioned an independent report to consider the block grant adjustment arrangements for tax and welfare devolution ahead of a wider review of the Scottish government’s fiscal framework.
Both governments are now seeking views and evidence on behalf of the report’s authors to support their assessment of how different block grant adjustment arrangements deliver on the Smith Commission’s principles.
Respondents will find an information sheet provided by the authors to help with answering the questions.
Full information is in the call for evidence.
