Who are you?

It may be an understatement to say that we are living in difficult times. The coronavirus crisis has played havoc with working arrangements. For many of us the Monday morning commute to the office has been replaced by a walk into the back bedroom or dining room which is now serving as a replacement workplace. The normal working day no longer begins with a communal chat about the weekend over coffee and around desks; instead a Zoom or Microsoft Teams virtual meeting will have to suffice. However as the screens switch on from team members for the new weekly catch-up meeting is there someone who does not log in? Often they may be the ‘extrovert’ of the team; the loud one the ‘life and soul’ of every office party the chatty...
