Agent Update

CEST tool

HMRC has published data under the Freedom of Information Act on cases tested against the check employment status for tax (CEST) tool.

 

Help to save

Guidance on the government’s help-to-save account has been published. It allows people entitled to working tax credit or universal credit to receive a bonus of 50p for every £1 they save over four years.
