Tax credits

People who claimed tax credits during 2017-18 and who have received renewal forms from HMRC must submit them by 31 July. Claimants with Amazon Alexa-enabled devices can ask Alexa to ‘open HMRC’ for information on a change of circumstance payments or a renewal. No personal information is stored and claimants cannot renew their tax credits using it. See here.
