Restricting the allowance from employers of ‘illegal workers’.

Businesses that have employed illegal workers will lose the right to claim the employment allowance for one year under draft regulations published by HMRC for consultation.

Responses on how to the exclusion could be implemented should be emailed by 3 January 2017.
