Online services helpdesk

HMRC’s online services helpdesk has been experiencing a high volume of calls. An alternative way to contact the helpdesk is through WebChat. This is a secure online text contact method where agents can electronically send sensitive information such as agent codes and client details.

WebChat is accessed from the online services helpdesk on GOV.UK. After opening the link the WebChat icon will automatically appear. This facility also allows the user to print the text conversation.
