A talking points digital meeting will take place on 19 May.

An HMRC Working Together talking points digital meeting on agent services (formerly agent online self serve) will take place at midday on 19 May. It will provide an opportunity to hear from the agent services delivery service manager and ask questions. To register for the event visit here.

In Agent Update 53  HMRC said that the survey to recruit agent volunteers to participate in the trial of the agent services PAYE liabilities and payments beta service has closed. Instead it will recruit a small number of agents into the beta service through the trial of an automated system. This identifies a random selection of eligible agents – those with fewer than 200 clients in any one tax regime – logging on to HMRC online services each day.
