The administrative process of payment for supervision of a school breakfast club.
I am treasurer of my daughter’s school’s fundraising group. The group arranges fundraising events during the academic year and uses the surplus to pay for trips and school-related “extras” for the children which the council funding will not extend to.
The group’s latest fundraising idea is to establish a breakfast club in the school. For a modest charge parents can leave their children there from 8am onwards. The use of the school hall will be free and the only expenses will be the provision of cereal and fruit to the children should they want breakfast.
There will usually be teachers in the school at that time and there will be a rota of parents who will assist with the supervision of the children on a voluntary basis so that all the rules for children...
