Who would have thought that questions about corporate residence transfer pricing and royalty streams to say nothing of tax avoidance and HMRC’s prosecution policy would be the subject of such vigorous public discussion?

What I refer to in shorthand terms as the “Hodge agenda” shows no sign of burning itself out and I am sure that the spotlight will continue to be shone on the tax system for many years.
