  • Payroll Alliance wants comments on the effectiveness of guidance for employers now it has moved from the HMRC website to GOV.UK.
     
  • The decision in Parry (TC3548) reflects the importance of estate planning when a client decides not to take a pension. Make sure the client is aware of the potential inheritance tax costs.
