  • If you have contractor clients that claim a deduction for the Construction Industry Training Board levy make sure no claims are made in their accounts after 6 April.
     
  • Where one person’s commitment to a company is vital to its attraction to outside investors as was the case in Dyer (TC3073) make sure the documentation is formalised and complete since otherwise the company has little if any intrinsic value. That is assuming you want it to have value.
