The charity TaxAid is to hold a short tax-planning conference on 1 November at the Royal Institute of British Architects, central London.
The speakers at the morning event, Paul Howard and Robert Jamieson, will cover direct tax issues that affect owner-managed businesses, including loans to shareholders, corporate partners, disincorporation and cash accounting, and reorganisations.
They will also discuss personal issues including the cap on unlimited income tax reliefs, property letting and capital gains tax, furnished holiday lettings, inheritance tax, and deathbed planning.
