As part of the joint initiative on service delivery, HMRC have worked with representative bodies to agree details about call centres, which the department will publish.

The move is part of the Revenue’s commitment to making more of its management data available to the public.

Information will be published on a quarterly basis; the first document, covering April to June 2012, is now available.
