Agent update
Issue 30 of HMRC’s Agent Update has been published. It contains news and updates on various tax issues, most of which have already been publicised on HMRC’s website and covered in Taxation. It includes articles on the alternative dispute resolution, QROPS, and the joint initiative on HRMC service delivery.

Updated versions of HMRC’s VAT partial exemption, VAT input and VAT output toolkits are available on HMRC’s website.
Open data
In line with requirements from the Cabinet Office, HMRC have developed an open data strategy. The document specifies plans to publish information in a linkable and re-usable format with the aim to improve through transparency and citizen participation.
