Singapore DTA
A second protocol to the double taxation agreement between the UK and Singapore was signed in Singapore on 15 February 2012, updating the 1997 agreement. It will enter into force once both countries have completed their legislative procedures.

PAYE tools
HMRC have updated their basic PAYE tools computer software. The latest version (February 2012) can be downloaded.
