Clarke’s Offshore Tax Planning is a comprehensive analysis of all the tax provisions that affect offshore structures for UK domiciliaries and those having foreign domicile.

If visible proof of its usefulness were needed I should ask the editor to publish a photo of my copy of the 14th edition: the cover is hanging off and several pages have fallen out all through constant use.

This is a truly amazing work by author Giles Clarke who has a gift for covering very complex issues and areas of debate and uncertainty in a very succinct style generally addressing arguments in outline and concluding with the his own recommendation.
