CAP1 introduced
HMRC have introduced CAP1 (clearances and approvals), which explains how non-business taxpayers and individuals with a query about non-business activities can get advice about the department's interpretation of recent tax law.
CAP1 complements the Revenue's clearance service for businesses and replaces code of practice 10 and VAT notice 700/6.
