Drawing attention to an 'objectionable approach'

For your information I attach a redacted copy of a letter recently received by one of our clients in respect of a debt for approximately £400.

The letter looks like a standard letter and I think that you may receive feedback from other readers on this. Would it be possible to draw attention to this objectionable approach in Taxation.

‘Self Assessment amount overdue £XXX

‘Nine out of ten people in Britain pay their tax on time and hundreds of thousands of people a week have been contacting us to do this. It is very important that everybody pays their tax promptly to ensure that essential services can be provided.
