Introduction of National Insurance Contributions Bill

This National Insurance Contributions Bill was introduced in the House of Commons on 14 October 2010. It includes two measures of draft legislation to enact increases in the rates of primary and secondary Class 1 and Class 4 National Insurance contributions from 6 April 2011 and the regional employer National Insurance holiday for new businesses.
