Review fears
Francesca Lagerberg gave a quick summary of the changes announced in the Budget on 22 June 2010. She was worried about the proposed review of taxation of non-domiciled individuals as you couldn’t make this area of tax more complicated if you tried.
However Francesca hoped a clear definition of residence for tax purposes would emerge from the review.

Frank Strachen shared some insights into how HMRC collect information that is used as the basis for a tax investigation.
