Issue resolution process to go online

The Agent Account Managers (AAMs) issue resolution process will be available via HMRC’s website throughout the UK from October.

AAMs have provided both education and support about HMRC services; additional funding was secured in March in the hope of expansion.

Full details will be available in HMRC’s Working Together issue 41.
