Builder claim forms revised

Two DIY builder claim forms have been revised.

These are VAT 431C ‘VAT refunds for DIY housebuilders - Claim form for conversions’ and VAT 431NB ‘VAT refunds for DIY housebuilders - Claim form for new houses’.
